Votre Profil

  • Graduate with a Commercial Degree, you have a significant professional experience in a similar position
  • where customer orientation was a must. You are fluent in German and French and you have good
  • knowledge in English (other languages a plus), you are proficient on MS Office, SAP is a plus.
  • Autonomous and precise, you have a well-developed team spirit. Customer-oriented, self-starter with
  • a can-do attitude, you are recognized for your excellent communication skills. Able to multitask, you
  • are pragmatic, stress resistant and have good organizational skills.

Votre Mission

  • Management of the client portfolio, by phone and email
  • Orders management such as: entry, attribution of components, invoicing and shipment
  • Smartwatches: support for end consumers and customers on resolving troubleshoots on the connectivity, set-up, etc.
  • Export process management
  • Repair process management such as: data entry, follow-up with customers, put in proceed,invoicing and shipment
  • Complaint management
  • Contact, correspondence and follow-up with our consumers and retailers including the management of the parts and repairs mailbox
  • Backorders and returns follow-up
  • Support Intercompany activities for the USA, Hong-Kong and Germany
  • Active participation in the onboarding of new colleagues
  • Contribution to the improvement of processes and new projects
  • Various clients? statistical analysis and reporting
