HR Business Partner / fix

Votre Profil

  • You have completed university studies, preferably with a specialization in HR/Organizational Development or equivalent
  • At least 10 to 15 years of broad HR experience, with at least 5 on international level. Experience in designing and/or delivering training initiatives is an asset
  • Successful experience in coaching mangers in employee issues, conflict solving and being compliant with policies and labour laws, with preferably a focus on Switzerland and Germany
  • You have worked in fast paces environments, you have a lot of stamina, prefer pragmatism over perfectionism and are strongly business minded
  • You are ?hands-on? and can also be the trusted, strategic advisor to your business partners
  • Mother tongue/fluent German, fluent business English, French is an asset
  • You write contracts and certificates, but don?t do the salaries
  • You foster progressive HR practices and are willing to share your knowledge with colleagues as well as learn from them
  • Team player, enthusiastic, you are self-sufficient with a can-do attitude
  • Structured, well organized, you have strong analytical skills and you are able to adjust and flex your style to people and to situations
  • You have successfully worked with multiple cultures, have excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities. You are open to change and to continually learn and grow
  • You have a high integrity

Votre Mission

  • For a prestigious producer and marketer of luxury and fashion timepieces, we are looking for a HR Business Partner to complete the team of 7 highly committed HR professionals and to work in particular with their German subsidiary. In this role you will:
  • Be the trusted advisor and partner for your client groups, on all HR aspects including complex issues
  • Advise mangers on pay and benefit matters as well as on employee relations issues
  • Monitor and support the forecast of headcount in your area
  • Attract and retain high quality talents into the organization
  • Contribute to developing, maintaining and delivering various policies, training initiatives and programs in the region
  • Implement global HR processes and initiatives in your business groups
  • Initiate and lead HR projects as required
  • Play an active role in the EMEA and Global HR community; share best practice and support the development of the HR organization and HR deliverables
